In this month’s Employee Spotlight, we’re featuring another incredible talent we have at Arkose Labs – our Senior Security Analyst, Jonathan Zhao! Let’s hear from his own voice what it means to work at Arkose Labs! 

Tell us a little about yourself and what you do at Arkose Labs?

I am Jonathan Zhao (you could call me Jon). I have been a SoC in Arkose Labs Brisbane office for almost 3 years. Our job is to make customers happy by keeping their traffic clean and answering their questions. We also create (semi) automation tools to make our own life a bit easier.

What does your day-to-day look like?

I handle Zendesk tasks, manage customer channels, analyze customer traffic, create/adjust telltales/key settings, create/adjust data visualization tools, create applications to replace our own manual operations.

How does what you do contribute to the success of Arkose Labs?

Make customers happy and make our own lives easier.

What do you like most about working at Arkose Labs?

The fact that Arkose Labs serves the greatest brands all over the world. Arkose Labs will be the greatest brand one day as well!

What is the biggest challenge in your role?

Some attackers are quite smart. It is not an easy job to defeat them. This is also the attractive part of the job.

Who or What inspires you?

Team. CS/SoC team is the best I have ever served. They treat me like a family and I feel I am a part of the family.
