Sub-Processors
Arkose Labs provides fraud prevention services to business customers all over the world. Arkose Labs may rely on third party service providers to process personal data received in the course of providing these services to our customers. In this context, such third parties are referred to as sub-processors.
Arkose Labs conducts due diligence on the practices of sub-processors and requires each sub-processor to be bound by contractual provisions in accordance with the requirements of applicable law (including Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Arkose Labs customers may subscribe to receive notification of new sub-processors before any new sub-processors process personal data in connection with the provision of Arkose Labs’ services, by submitting the contact information requested via the form on this page.
