Patrice Boffa

Patrice Boffa was chief customer officer at Arkose Labs from 2020 to 2025, responsible for the global post-sales organization spanning customer success, professional services, the security operations center and customer experience. He spent nearly 15 years at Akamai Technologies, finishing as vice president and CTO of global services and support. He has also presented a regular cybersecurity segment on Telemundo's Hoy Dia, covering online scams and account security for Spanish-speaking audiences.
