The Arkose Labs platform is delivered from a globally-distributed infrastructure designed for low latency, high availability, and regulatory compliance across regions.

Regions

Arkose Labs operates active production regions in:

• North America — United States (multi-region, primary HQ in San Mateo, California)
• Europe — European Union (multi-region) and the United Kingdom
• Asia Pacific — Australia (Brisbane), Japan, Singapore
• South America — Brazil
• Central America — Costa Rica

Edge Network

Customer traffic is served from a globally-distributed edge network with hundreds of points of presence across six continents. The edge tier handles signal capture, device fingerprinting, and risk decisioning in single-digit milliseconds.

Compute & Storage

Workloads run on hyperscale cloud providers with redundant multi-region deployments. All customer data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) and is processed only in the region(s) elected by the customer.

Data Residency

Enterprise customers may elect data residency in EU, US, APAC, or other supported regions to satisfy local data protection requirements including GDPR, UK GDPR, APP, and the LGPD. Cross-region transfers occur only with documented legal mechanisms and customer consent.

Resilience

The platform is designed for active-active multi-region resilience with automated failover, daily encrypted backups, immutable audit logs, and 24/7 security operations center (SOC) monitoring.
