Consumer AI agents like Meta's Muse are now browsing, logging in and taking actions for real users, often without identifying themselves. In Cyber Daily's Cyber Security Awareness Month roundup, Arkose Labs CEO Kevin Gosschalk explains why that makes the old "human or bot?" question far less useful. A customer's agent and a malicious one can look nearly identical from the outside, so the question becomes what the agent is trying to do and whether it should be allowed to do it. The businesses that adapt fastest, he says, will be the ones that can tell legitimate agent activity from abuse without simply blocking both.
