As Meta pushes its Muse agent into the workplace, Marketing Brew asks business leaders whether it can earn enterprise trust. Arkose Labs founder and CEO Kevin Gosschalk says Muse is the best enterprise agent he has used when it comes to computer use, and Arkose Labs web data shows more Muse-driven traffic since the agent took off with consumers. But Muse runs as a cloud service, which means anything given to it lands in Meta's data centers. Gosschalk says that rules it out for most workforce use at a company like Arkose Labs, whose clients include banks, even as small businesses without those security requirements may find it a good fit. His security team is reviewing Muse for enterprise use, and he hopes Meta will eventually offer a version that can be hosted locally.
