The Cyber Defense Global Awards recognize Vanita Pandey and Hedda Peters as innovative female leaders in the fraud and abuse prevention space
Arkose Labs, the platform that bankrupts the business model of fraud and abuse, today announced that its VP of Marketing and Strategy, Vanita Pandey, and Senior Producer, Hedda Peters, have won "Women in Cybersecurity" awards in the Cyber Defense Global Awards by Cyber Defense Magazine.
The Cyber Defense Global Awards recognize the innovative women taking cybersecurity to new heights, and both Pandey and Peters are honored for their achievements in the fraud and abuse prevention space. Pandey is a proven force in the fraud and payments industry, with over 17 years of experience and thought leadership in the space. At Arkose Labs, Pandey is responsible for developing the global go-to-market strategy, establishing the brand and driving product demand. Peters works on devising product features to destroy the economics of abuse, helping Arkose Labs deliver continual product innovation. Peters drives the workflow of product changes from client request through delivery and feedback, and manages the rollout of new builds and configuration changes.
"I joined the Arkose Labs team early and I'm proud to have helped build a product that is changing the way enterprises worldwide approach fraud prevention," said Peters. "It's fulfilling to work closely with our customers on continual innovation, helping them stamp out fraud in the long-term."
Arkose Labs is a provider of online fraud prevention technology that disrupts how attacks are monetized while delivering an unrivaled customer experience. Its platform accurately identifies inauthentic actors through Telemetry, and then targets them with Enforcement, an adaptive step-up challenge to diminish attack ROI without adding friction for good customers.
"With cybercrime heading into the tens of billions of records stolen and potentially trillions of dollars in damages, we are proud to recognize Vanita and Hedda as award-winning innovators," said Pierlugi Paganini, editor-in-chief, Cyber Defense Magazine. "Arkose Labs helps solve some of the world's most targeted businesses' online fraud problems with its innovative global telemetry, user behavioral risk assessment and adaptive step-up challenge. Vanita and Hedda have had a large hand in helping bankrupt the business model of fraudsters."
2019 has been a momentous year for Arkose Labs. Just last month Arkose Labs Founder and CEO Kevin Gosschalk was named a winner in the third-annual SC Media Reboot Leadership Awards, earning the distinction in the Innovators category. Additionally, Arkose Labs was named a winner of the 2019 MRC Technology Awards in the Start-Up category by the Merchant Risk Council.
