Help Net Security covered Arkose Labs survey findings showing 88% of enterprises have observed an increase in AI-powered bot attacks over the past 2 years, and 53% have lost between $10 million and more than $500 million from cyberattack consequences in that period. The survey found AI-powered tools now make up 21% of cybersecurity budgets, projected to reach 27% by 2026 — and only 1 in 5 respondents feel very well prepared to defend against AI-powered threats.
