E-Commerce Times profiled Mitch Davies, a former Australian sneaker botter who now works as a data scientist and cyberthreat analyst at Arkose Labs, using firsthand knowledge of bot automation to help protect more than 50 e-commerce platforms. Arkose Labs CPO Ashish Jain added that roughly 40% of internet traffic is bot-generated, underscoring the scale of the challenge facing online retailers.
